Terms of use

PM Control Tower is free, open source and given as is. You decide what it does in your accounts, and you stay responsible for your work, your data and your messages.

On this page

These terms cover the website tower.bodco.pm and PM Control Tower (the Claude plugin, the skills, the Notion template, the documentation and the code in github.com/bodco/pm-control-tower). Pacenote has its own terms.

Licence

The code and the documentation are released under the MIT licence. You may use, copy, change and share them, also at work, as long as the licence notice stays with copies. If these terms and the MIT licence ever disagree about the code, the MIT licence wins.

As is, beta

PM Control Tower is a beta built and used by one project manager. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any loss or damage from using it, including lost data, wrong reports, missed messages, costs of the services it calls, or decisions made on its output.

Your responsibility

  • You stay in control. The skills prepare drafts and notes; nothing is meant to be sent to clients without you. Check what the AI writes before you rely on it or send it.
  • Your accounts and costs. The framework uses your own Claude, Notion and tool accounts. Their terms, limits and costs apply to you.
  • Your data and your employer’s rules. Make sure that connecting your company’s tools and processing work data with AI is allowed by your employer, your clients and the law that applies to you. Keep secrets out of the repository and out of the configs.
  • Fair use of the site. Do not attack or overload the website.

Trademarks

Claude, Notion, Jira, Slack, GitHub and other names belong to their owners. PM Control Tower is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Changes and contact

The terms may change with new versions; the date at the top shows the current one. Questions: github.com/bodco/pm-control-tower/issues.
